NeuroDialog Kazan 2025 conference held on World Mental Health Day

The event, organized by Kazan Federal University with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, brought together leading scientists, neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, geneticists, and physicians from related fields.

The forum began with a welcoming address by Andrey Kiyasov, Director of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology at Kazan Federal University.

Dmitry Ivanov, Director of Medical Technology Coordination at Millenium Clinic, the conference’s host venue, noted that neurology is one of the key areas of development for the multifunctional medical complex.

Following the official opening, the plenary session opened, where key areas of modern neurology and psychiatry were discussed.

Among the reports by employees of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology included one on cardiogenic dementia (Professor Radiy Yesin), precision therapy of hereditary epilepsia (Associate Professor Rimma Gamirova), and others.
