The application process:

1. Choose the program.

If you don’t know Russian language, please consider enrolling in the Preparatory School.

2. Submit your documents.

Required documents:

  • Application
  • Copy of your passport and a notarized translation of your passport into Russian. Please note that your passport must be valid for at least 18 months more after the date you enter the territory of Russia
  • Сopy of a valid Russian visa (in case you are in Russia)
  • A  previous educational document with a trascript, duly legalized, and with a notarized translation into Russian
  • Certificate of passing the recognition procedure (what is a recognition and who needs to go through this procedure)
  • Photo (size: 3/4)

3. Pass entrance exams.

Applicants pass the following entrance tests:

— a special discipline corresponding to the orientation (profile) of the postgraduate program;

— foreign language;

— philosophy.

4. Sign and pay the contract.

If you successfully pass the online entrance exams, your name will be published on our website. After that, you need to submit an application for consent to enroll. The application must be sent to the following email address postgraduate@kpfu.ru 

After receiving the enrollment consent admission officers will send you the Contract. You are to pay the total amount of your tuition fees for the first year of studies before you are enrolled at the University. When paying for training, you must specify the purpose of payment: the full name of the applicant, the contract number, and the specialty of training of the applicant. If you violate the rules of admission to KFU, the University has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract. An invitation for a student visa will be prepared only after the tuition fee prepayment is made by the student (full prepayment for 1 academic year).
