Migration support for foreign citizens

The Passport and Visa Support Office of the Department of External Affairs of KFU provides visa and migration support, registration of notices of arrival (migration registration), extension of study visas, extension of work visas, except for work visas for highly qualified specialists, to foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving from the CIS and non-CIS countries in the Russian Federation.

Electronic Queue Service

Kazan Federal University has launched Electronic Queue Service, which allows students to make an appointment at the Multifunctional Center for International Students (Department of External Affairs, Gvardeiskaya Street 9) remotely by selecting a suitable day and time.

In order to use the new service, you need to log in to your personal account on the KFU website, and then find the subsection “Services of the Department of External Affairs”  («Услуги ДВС») in the section “Unified Student and Employee Service Center” («Единый центр обслуживания студентов и сотрудников» ).

Then you need to choose the relevant service from the list, make an appointment and receive a pin-code, which on the day of appointment to the Department of External Affairs will allow you to print a ticket using the terminal.
