Education in Russia

Foreign nationals and stateless persons have the right to obtain higher education degree at the expense of the Federal funds of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Russian Federation Government Resolution No. 2150 dated December 18, 2020.

Annually, Russian Government allocates 30 000 scholarships for foreign nationals. More information about the application process can be found here.
