All-Russian Court Debates held at KFU’s Faculty of Law

The competition, organized on 19 – 20 April. was a satellite event of the Kazan International Legal Forum.

The participants were greeted by Vice-Rector for Administrative Affairs Sergey Prokhorov, Dean of the Faculty of Law Liliya Bakulina, Deputy Chief Judge of the Arbitration Court of the Volga District Igor Smolensky, Acting Chairman of the Chamber for Felonies of the Fourth Appellate Court Nikolay Volkov, and Research Consultant of the Faculty of Law Ildar Tarkhanov, among others.

Deputy Dean of Faculty of Law Damir Valeev then gave out appreciation letters to those who have contributed to the 20-year-long success of the All-Russian Court Debates, the project originated by the Student Science Society of the Faculty of Law.

This year, 38 best teams from Russian universities were invited for on-site finals.
