Anna Druzhinina: “We decided to start a charitable crowdsourcing of first need items”

The Department of Public Relations and Applied Political Science and the League of Students of Tatarstan started an item raising campaign for refugees from the Lugansk Republic and the Donetsk Republic in March 2022.

Master student of the Department and the coordinator of the campaign Anna Druzhinina comments, “On 18 March, we transported our first batch of aid to the League of Students office. It will then be moved further to the headquarters of the Young Guard in Kazan. Among the raised things are clothes, hygiene products, disposable dish, child food, nappies, potable water, grains, tea, and sunflower oil. Our educators donate books and toys. We still need many kitchen utensils, towels, wet wipes, and kids’ items, whereas there is already quite much of adult clothes.”

In less than a month, the team collected over 250 kg of charitable donations.
