14th PRO Science Night held at KFU

The traditional popular science event was conducted on the eve of 25 March.

The first PRO Science was organized in 2016 and has since become very popular among students, employees, and the general population of Kazan.

Among the most active participants this time was KFU IT Lyceum. This time they presented several projects: Smart Souvenir (a miniature model of a historical monument with built-in audio guides), Quziz (a trivia quiz in IT), and Chemistry for All VR Lessons. The Lyceum’s booth attracted many high schoolers from the city.

The University’s Ethnographical Museum showed a master class in old-style cloth dying arts.

The Institute of Physics showed modified aerial drones, and the Institute of Chemistry organized an interactive quest with charades and games for little guests.

The booths were open for five hours. Guests could watch experiments, partake in competitions and quizzes, join virtual museum tours, and do much more.
