First entrance exams for overseas applicants starting today

Over 400 individuals have registered for today’s exam in Russian language.

Executive Secretary of the Admission Commission Alexander Bibik explains, “We started accepting applications on 1 March. As of today, 1,500 applications have been registered, and 800 have been accepted. This first exam on 16 May will be taken by 400 enrollees. The final schedule of all entrance exams for this season will be available on our website on 1 June.”

The difference from previous years is that education documents don’t need to be submitted before the exams – this can be postponed until the overall application deadline. It is currently set for 28 July but is very likely to be extended, as has happened numerous times in the past.

The current leaders in the number of applications are Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Iran.
