Kazan University ascends in SCImago, RUR and RankPro rankings

The new stats have been revealed recently.

In RankPro, KFU is now 154^th in the world and 2^nd in Russia (it was 193^rd and 6^th in 2021, respectively). The ranking is ran by the International Council of Scientists and the Latvian Academy of Sciences.

RUR ranking agency presented the 13^th iteration of its Round University Ranking. Here, KFU has also progressed to 250^th place in the world and 6^th in Russia (previously 372^nd and 8^th, respectively).

Finally, SCImago now ranks Kazan University 605^th globally compared to 650^th in 2021.

Vice-Rector for Economics and Strategic Development Marat Safiullin notes, “The data from those rankings show that international organizations have a positive outlook on our initiatives and our work. Now is an important time to work with prospective students. I hope this new information will help our colleagues recruit the most talented and promising young people.”
