Indonesian delegation welcomed at university

The team was headed by Ambassador Jose Antonio Morato Tavares.

He was joined by his colleagues – Counsellor of the Protocol and Consular Division Moh Fattah Hidayat Hardiwinangun, First Counsellor of the Political Division Herfino, Attache for Education Adi Nuryanto, and others.

The guests toured the History Museum with Counsellor to the Rector of KFU Linar Latypov and thanked him for the warm welcome.

Notably, Kazan University is one of the few institutions in Russia where Indonesian language is taught to students. In November 2019, KFU hosted the Day of Indonesia which included a cultural expo, a concert, and a movie showing. In June 2020, the University received a letter of appreciation from Ambassador Mohamad Wahid Supriyadi.
