Jalal-Abad State University visited by KFU delegation

Our representatives arrived to the city of Jalal-Abad, Kyrgyzstan, on June 10.

A roundtable was organized by Rector of Jalal-Abad University Keneshbek Usenov with participation from Rector of KFU Ilshat Gafurov and other interested parties.

The sides discussed cooperation opportunities in education, research, culture, and sports.

Proposals were voiced to launch joint scientific projects, academic and student exchange, lectures, PhD courses, and other initiatives. Of special interest to Kyrgyzstani colleagues are power engineering, IT, Russian language, and medicine.

Both universities are also ready to establish ethnic culture festivals and athletic tournaments to popularize local sports.
