Kazan University expands presence of its Russian language courses in Egypt

An agreement was signed in August 2021.

KFU’s Preparatory School seeks to open its offices in the countries with the biggest interest in Russian language courses and special subject teaching in Russian language.

With that in mind, the University and Motawer LLC signed an agreement to launch network education programs. Project manager Shaheen Mahmoud and Vice-Rector for Education Timirkhan Alishev served as signatories and discussed the ongoing cooperation in detail.

Preparatory School and Egyptian partners will provide Egyptian students with specifically tailored programs and boost their competitiveness with regards to enrolling in Russian universities.

The program is divided into two stages. The first semester is implemented in Egypt, and the second – in Kazan; both are undertaken by Preparatory School educators. During stage two, special subjects are introduced in accordance with the students’ chosen majors.

The program is scheduled to start in October 2021.
