KFU ascends in national inventiveness rankings

The 2023 issue of Expert Rankings Agency Inventiveness Rankings of Russian universities has seen light.

KFU now shares the 4th – 5th position with Ural Federal University. The rankings takes account of the number of patents in the last five years, the number of cited and active patents, and the number of sold licenses and patents, as well as overseas patent activities.

KFU is in the top 10 in four subject sub-rankings: personalized high-tech medicine (1st), green economy (2nd), Russia’s responses to global challenges (8th), and advanced digital technology (8th).
