KFU ascends in Three University Missions ranking

It is now in the 401-450 bracket – compared to 501-550 last year.

Among the Russian universities, KFU has retained its 18th position.

This year, the TUM (MosIUR) ranking covers 2,000 institutions from 112 countries, including 154 Russian universities.

The rankings weighs three key missions: education (0.45 weight in the evaluation), research (0.25), and interaction with society (0.3). Only measured metrics are included, as there are no reputation polls.

Of the Russian universities listed, 39 are in Moscow, 14 in Saint-Petersburg, 6 in Tatarstan, and 5 each in Tomsk Oblast, Tyumen Oblast, and Moscow Oblast.

Notably, Kazan University has shown the best dynamics among Russia’s top universities in this year’s rankings.
