KFU retains its positions in the 501-550 bracket of the Three University Missions ranking

The university is now in the 18th-19th place among Russian peers, as opposed to 20th-21st in the previous ranking.

The Moscow International Ranking Three University Missions evaluates universities’ contributions in three key areas: educational mission (45 percent), research (25 percent), and university engagement with society (30 percent). The ranking’s methodology is based on objective criteria approved by international experts; reputation surveys are completely excluded. The analysis is based on 16 indicators, each with its own weighting factor. The data is sourced from official university and national government websites, as well as independent international platforms such as the online course aggregator Class Central, the mass education platform Open Education, search engines, social media, and the websites of international student competitions.
