New projects discussed with Lingsheng company in Shandong

Rector Lenar Safin’s meeting with company representatives took place during his ongoing visit to Shandong Province.

Lingsheng specializes in building campuses, schools, and student dormitories. It has amassed a collection of project templates for smart classrooms and schools in the course of its cooperation with various universities.

The company proposed to open a joint international private high school with KFU in Dongying City, Shandong.

The cooperation format provides that Lingsheng invests in infrastructure, and KFU serves as the academic partner in establishing education programs. The first enrolment is expected to include up to 500 individuals, with further growth to about 3,000. As planned, the school will prepare young people specifically for future studies in Russia.

Additionally, a proposal was put forth to open a KFU-coordinated preparatory course in an existing school in Jinan, the capital of the province.

Lenar Safin showed interest in the idea and ordered the relevant departments to thoroughly review the proposals and prepare agreement drafts for signing.
