KFU programs represented at Study in Russia expo in Astana, Kazakhstan

The event was held on 30 – 31 March.

The annual event was visited by 3,000 young people interested in moving to Russia for higher education.

The KFU team included Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Institute of AI, Robotics and System Engineering Dmitry Rodnyansky, Deputy Director for International Affairs of the Institute of Computational Mathematics and IT Kamilla Smolnikova, and Lead Specialist of the Department of Education Aigul Miftakhutdinova.

“Kazan Federal University is one of the priority universities chosen by future applicants. Kazakhstanis learn about KFU from their acquaintances and friends, who recommend the university because it provides the opportunity to obtain higher education in a number of in-demand specialties. At KFU they have the opportunity to study on a budget subsidy,” said Ms Smolnikova.
