Memorandum of understanding signed with Shiraz University

The ceremony was part of Vice-Rector for International Affairs Timirkhan Alishev’s visit to Iran.

He was accompanied by Deputy Director of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies Vladislav Sudakov.

Shiraz University is a comprehensive educational institution offering programs in engineering, petroleum industry, materials science, social sciences, and humanities. The sides presented each other’s strategies and current developments and discussed cooperation in research and academic exchange.

The signing was preceded by Shiraz University Chancellor Mohammad Moazeni‘s visit to Kazan University in December 2022. Later, Shirazi delegation was part of the Russia – Islamic World KazanForum 2023 in May 2023. The delegates visited several departments and institutes of KFU.
