Album of university veterans’ activities issued by Council of Veterans

The Council is in charge of liaising with university retirees and senior workers and organizing collective activities for them.

Chairman of the Council of Veterans Valery Telishev explains, “There are 1,290 non-employed retirees at KFU, and there are also many who still work. This album is our contribution to preserving the memories of the older generation for our young people.”

This new edition comprises six sections:

• Mentorship and Moral Education;
• Activities of the Council of Veterans;
• Charity;
• Arts and crafts;
• Health and athletics;
• Awards and commendations for veteran activists.

President of KFU Riyaz Minzaripov was present at the album unveiling at the History Museum and noted that KFU’s older generation sets excellent examples and benchmarks for students.

The album will be available at the Lobachevsky Library.
