8th Volga-Yangtze Youth Forum held at KFU and partner universities in China

A video conference is being organized on 21 and 22 February.

The forum involves Russian universities from the Volga Federal District, as well as Chinese universities from the provinces of Anhui, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, and the city of Chongqing. KFU students are likewise contributing.

This year’s forum comprises three sub-forums – Digital Economy and E-Commerce, Entrepreneurship and Business Startups, and Culture and Tourism.

Today, the participants were greeted by Presidential Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, Special Representative of the People’s Republic of China for Eurasian Affairs Li Hui, Governor of Anhui Wang Qingxian, Governor of Ulyanovsk Oblast Aleksey Russkikh, and world champion figure skater Alina Zagitova.

Kazan University has partnership links with three universities of Volga-Yangtze Association – Hunan Normal University, Southwest Petroleum University, and Sichuan University.
