KFU Volunteer Center deemed best in 2023 among local universities

The Kind Tatarstan award ceremony was held at Bashir Rameev IT Park on 14 December.

Acting Coordinator of KFU’s Volunteer Center Lilia Shaidullina commented, “As part of the extramural stage, we presented a video on the topic “A World Where All Volunteers Are: What Is It Like?” and also took part in the Marathon of Good Deeds, telling about the daily good deeds of our volunteers in the VK.com page for a week. At the face-to-face stage our activists in 5 minutes successfully disclosed the whole range of activities of the Volunteer Center – from areas of work to winning grants and cooperation with city and regional organizations. The most difficult and exciting for all of us was waiting for the results, and we are grateful that our activities were evaluated so highly!”

Activist Sofia Khakimova shared, “It was a great long-term labor of all volunteers of our university. With every little good deed they put a part of themselves into this victory: every grant, every new project, every new event, every person in our big and friendly team. Our small team of activists paid a lot of attention to this competition, there were a lot of worries, and now we are where we are.”
