3rd International Forum ‘Russia – Africa: Politics, Economics, History and Culture’
The event takes up 13 – 14 October.
The forum includes discussions on African languages, and culture, Russian – African ties, African nations in international relations, international migration in Africa, problems of the Maghreb, African economies, etc. For a first time, a special panel for schoolchildren is organized.
On 13 October, the participants were greeted by Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Oleg Ozerov, Representative of the MFA of Russia in Kazan Radik Vakhitov, First Vice-Rector of KFU Dmitry Tayursky, and Director of the Institute of International Relations Ramil Khayrutdinov.
The forum also includes a roundtable on African diasporas in Russia and the 6th Russian Student Olympiad in Arabic Language and Islamic Culture.
