Lenar Safiullin steps down as Vice-Rector for Construction and Maintenance, Almaz Mingulov takes reins

The news came on 22 November.

Before the new appointment, Almaz Mingulov worked as Deputy Minister of Sports of Tatarstan. He was born on 11 November 1982 in the village of Karasa, Aksubayevo District, Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Mingulov graduated in 2005 from Kazan State Technical University with a diploma in industrial management and in 2006 with a diploma in law. He also completed a master course at the Volga Region University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2019. The new vice-rector has the title of Distinguished Economist of Tatarstan.
