Memorandum of cooperation signed with Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology

KFU delegation, headed by Rector Lenar Safin, is visiting China this week.

The Kazanites visited China Education Expo in Guangzhou on 24 October; a joint university stand was organized here by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia and the International Union of Device Manufacturers and Experts in IT and Telecommunications.

The expo showcases Russian universities and their policies in international admissions, university cooperation, and technological research.

The Russian delegation met with local investors and partners to discuss various pertinent issues.

In particular, KFU and Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology agreed to jointly develop educational programs, fundamental and applied research, and academic exchange.

As of now, our Univesity plans to widen its network of preparatory courses in China in cooperation with secondary schools and higher education institutions. Several such courses have already been opened in Sichuan.
