University visited by delegation of Aceh, Indonesia

The guests toured the History Museum and the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies.

The delegation comprised Wali Wali Nanggroë Aceh Teungku Malik Mahmud Al Haythar and diplomats Mohammad Rafik and Itchsvan Isvandi.

They were accompanied by Vice-Rector for International Affairs Timirkhan Alishev, Vice-Rector for Earth Sciences Danis Nurgaliev, and Deputy Director for Innovation of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies Vladislav Sudakov.

Vice-Rector Alishev spoke above KFU’s current situation and priorities and mentioned that there are currently 78 Indonesian students here; cooperation with Indonesian educational and research centers is growing rapidly.

Vice-Rector Nurgaliev familiarized the guests with the infrasructure of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies. The sides discussed staff training and collaboration in hydrocarbon production in Aceh province.
