4th Russian Congress on Catalysis

The congress is being held on 20 – 25 September.

The opening ceremony on 20 September was visited by Vice-Rector for Science of KFU Dmitry Tayursky, Director of the Institute of Catalysis (Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences) Valery Bukhtiyarov, Director of the Kazan Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences Oleg Sinyashin, and Chairman of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences Valentin Parmon.

This congress has attracted 418 contributors. It comprises 6 plenary sessions, 10 public lectures, over 140 panel reports and 190 poster presentations.

Among the scheduled events is the Youth Catalysis School and a roundtable on research careers for young people.
