Master program in Product Development opened jointly with Sber

The presentation was made on 2 December.

The event was visited by Rector Ilshat Gafurov, Executive Director of the Directorate of Digital Solutions for the Public Sector (Sberbank) Oleg Vinichenko, and Deputy Chairman of the Tatarstan Branch of Sberbank Ruslan Akhatov, as well as students.

KFU and Sber signed a cooperation roadmap in spring 2021. This two-year master program in Analytics and Product Development is the first large-scale project within the framework of said cooperation. Currently, the sides are discussing the integration of Sber’s Data Analytics program with KFU’s AI in Digital Products program.

An agreement was also signed with Sber Solutions to develop student internships, joint software development, and employment.

This new Product Development targets technologies for digital platforms of Gostech (a governmental digital interface platform) in order to develop services for interactions between citizens and business, on one side, and governmental agencies, on the other side.

This first enrolment comprises 13 students.
