Meeting with Vice-Premier of Kyrgyz Republic Edil Baysalov

Rector Ilshat Gafurov visited the Cabinet of Ministers on November 17.

The officials talked about Russian-Kyrgyzstani cooperation in education and science. In particular, much attention was paid to Kazan Federal University’s participation in developing the system of higher education of Kyrgyzstan.

The sides discussed the already achieved results of agreements with the Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan. The importance of attracting local students to Russian universities was also noted.
