Summer vacations spent at Yalchik Camp

Two one-day trips for employees have been arranged in July.

Over 130 people partook in the trips on 15 and 22 July. Two more events are planned for August.

The Health Days, as they are known at KFU, include lake swimming, outdoor games, chess, checkers, quizzes and contests for all ages. A nearby pine forest is very welcoming to connoisseurs of fresh air and wild raspberry. All trips are preempted by life and safety briefings. The daily trips concluded with small memorabilia and team photos. Health Days are free for KFU employees – the only expense is lunch at a local canteen.

KFU accountant Rezida Fayzullina comments, “I have heard much about Yalchik and wanted to see this legendary lake. I am here with my husband. We are thinking to spend longer periods here in the future.”

The Yalchik Camp’s eponymous lake is located in the Republic of Mari El, a province neighboring Tatarstan.
