Diplomas given to MBA graduates by Rector Lenar Safin

The 26th class of MBA students received their well earned documents on 17 February.

The Rector was joined by Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Higher School of Business Valery Sorokin, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of Tatarstan Shamil Ageev, KFU employees, and guests.

The Rector addressed the new degree holders, “The MBA title will help you become more competitive. KFU’s Higher School of Business is up to the most demanding standards of business education and teaches effective managers. The MBA program is very practice-oriented.”

The MBA program so far has graduated 1,195 individuals in various industries. This particular class comprised 37 managers from Tatarstan’s biggest companies, such as Grid Company JSC, Tatenergo, Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Kazan, Kazan Helicopters, KAMAZ, Tattelecom, as well as government bodies and the Office of the Rais (Governor) of Tatarstan.

Director of the Higher School of Business Alsu Akhmetshina congratulated the alumni, “You have two years of efforts and breakthroughs behind. You have met unique educators, consultants, and managers; you have acquired new knowledge and professional experience to make quick management decisions.”

The diplomates had words of gratitude to the university and to their superiors.
