Kyrgyzstani educators receive advanced training at KFU

24 teachers from Osh State Pedagogical University (OSPU) are staying at Yelabuga Institute.

The two courses offered by the Yelabuga Institute during this session are physical education methodology and musical education methodology. Deputy Director of the Yelabuga Institute Irina Mikhaylova notes, “We compiled the programs so as to include the best practices of KFU in education management in teacher education.”

Kyrgyzstani trainees learn about extracurricular activities for the purposes of professional education, content and process aspects of pedagogical work, health-preserving techniques, and digital technology in teaching. Naturally, the program also includes sightseeing trips and visits to local museums and theaters.

Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education of OSPU Abdouwahhab Kaparov shares, “I like how the study material is given and how the process is organized; digital technology training is especially beneficial. We definitely will use this knowledge in our work.”
