Rector Lenar Safin tours admission facilities

The general admission season for Russian citizens started on 20 June.

The Rector visited temporary stalls and installations, traditionally set up in the University’s Second Building, one of the two high-rises in the central campus. He spoke with admission workers and stopped at an enrollee consultation zone.

Dr Safin also looked at the work process of the Student Employment Center – this is the first time when the Center placed its booth here during the admission season. Employment consultants help young people and their parents navigate the world of contemporary education to better facilitate their career tracks. They are joined by career experts from the Employment Center of the City of Kazan. The latter offer future students to fill in career questionnaires. Apart from that, convenient information materials have been prepared with brief introductions of prospective employers, career opportunities, salary conditions, and other related matters.
