Online registration for electronic queue now available to international students visiting KFU’s International Office

The service will start working on 14 March.

KFU’s Multifunctional Center for international students opened in September 2021 at our International Office’s new headquarters on Gvardeyskaya 9. It comprises reception desks, a waiting room, a conference room, and several meeting rooms. International Office is headquartered in the same building.

To register for the electronic queue, please follow to your personal account and then choose

After that, you will receive a pin number which must then be used on-site to print a reception ticket.

“Previously, international students had some difficulties while visiting the Multifunctional Center – they had to wait in a queue. To avoid that, we created this new service. It’s an important step for us. It will now be much easier for international students to submit documents, and we can more effectively monitor the performance of our employees and receive feedback from the students,” says Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Timirkhan Alishev.
