KFU wins in six nominations in Student of the Year in Tatarstan 2024

The ceremony was held on Russian Student Day, 25 January.

The event was organized by the Government of Tatarstan, the Council of Rectors of Tatarstan, and the Tatarstan Student League.

This year, the competition, in which 198 students took part, was held in 20 nominations:

Grand Prix,

Student President of the Year,

Intellect of the Year,

IT Debut of the Year,

Creative Personality of the Year,

Athlete of the Year,

Volunteer of the Year,

Media Professional of the Year,

Public Activist of the Year,

International Student of the Year,

Student Self-Government Body of the Year,

Student Dormitory Council of the Year,

Student Scientific Club of the Year,

Student Creative Team of the Year,

Student Project of the Year,

Startup of the Year (for the first time),

Student Sports Club of the Year,

Patriotic Organization of the Year,

Student Organization of the Year,

Student Media of the Year.

Representatives of Kazan University became winners in the following nominations:

Student Project of the Year – MediaVibe media workshop,

Media Professional of the Year – Yegor Belousov,

Foreign Student of the Year – Yodgora Asfandiyarova,

Student Scientific Organization of the Year – ArteFact,

IT Debut of the Year – Artyom Apurin,

Athlete of the Year – Danil Davletshin.

The ArteFact student scientific society, in addition to traditional gifts, received a grant of 500 thousand rubles for the implementation of its projects.

During the ceremony, letters of gratitude were presented to the Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and Moral Education Arif Mezhvedilov and the Head of the Section for Work with Public Organizations and the Institute of Facilitation of the Department of Youth Policy Anastasia Chernyshova.

Over the 20 years of the competition, about 450 students have become winners of the Student of the Year in Tatarstan, and more than 1,000 have become laureates.
