The results of the annual evaluation were publishied on 31 October.

The aim of the contest is to commend the best youth policy workers in Tatarstan and assist in their professional growth.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Russian Language and Its Teaching Methodology Ildaniya Nizambaeva was second. Finally, the third position was taken by Specialist of the Section for Dormitory Check-In and Extracurricular Work Yana Ogloblina.

“I decided to take part in the competition because I see the need to share my experience with colleagues and discover my own potential. For me, it is a step towards further professional development. The preparation for the competition did not seem long and complicated to me. I talked about what I know, can do and do every day at work, so I managed to prepare all the necessary documents and materials quickly and efficiently,” says Ms Ogloblina.

The contest comprised an application stage and a face-to-face stage.

“I sent an application to the preliminary stage, in which I described my work experience, achievements, education, and presented a concept of professional development of a specialist working with youth. It included a development plan and work on personal and professional deficits. In addition, it was necessary to record a video. In it, I told about the main provisions of my concept. At the in-person stage it was necessary to present oneself and answer the jury’s questions,” shared Mr Vyalshin.

All the winners opined that this victory is a great boon for their further professional development.
