Medical staff commended on Medical Worker Day

The ceremony was held at the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology.

Among the guests were Deputy Chairperson of the Comittee for Social Policy of the State Council (Parliament) of Tatarstan Svetlana Vostrikova, Chairman of the Comittee for Healthcare of the City of Kazan Vladimir Zhavoronkov, University President Riyaz Minzaripov, Vice-Rector for Biomedicine Andrey Kiyasov, and Chief Medical Officer of the University Clinic Rinat Shigabutdinov.

Overall, University Clinic employees received 10 letter of appreciation and 6 certificates of merit from the Ministry of Health of Tatarstan.

As for the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology, two employees were given certificates of merit from KFU – Chair of the Department of Surgical Diseases Mikhai Burmistrov and Chair of the Department of Preventive Medicine Marat Timerzyanov.

In conclusion, certificates of merit and letters of appreciation were also given by the University Clinic. The ceremony also comprised a talent show for the guests.
