Airat Khalikov introduced to staff as Vice-Rector for Construction and Maintenance

Rector Lenar Safin welcomed the new executive during the morning briefing on 30 September.

Khalikov’s previous post was Deputy Director of the Main Investment and Construction Directorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, the province’s public investment agency. In his new position he replaced Almaz Mingulov, who in turn was appointed Acting Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Aksubayevo District of Tatarstan.

“Airat Khalikov graduated from the Kazan Architecture and Construction Academy (now University). He has a rich experience in construction. He has passed all stages – from a foreman to the first deputy of the Main Constuction Directorate of the Republic of Tatarstan,” emphasized the Rector. “We would like to wish you success. I am sure that our friendly staff will support you and provide all possible assistance.”

Lenar Safin also expressed his gratitude to Almaz Mingulov (who was present at the meeting as a guest of honor) for his work, dedication and loyalty to Kazan University.

At the end Lenar Safin presented the now former vice-rector with the Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia “For conscientious work and merits in the field of education and research” and the Certificate of Merit of Kazan University “For fruitful work, high professionalism and personal contribution to the development of KFU”.
