Talks held with Chairman of the Board of oilfield services company ERIELL Group Bakhtiyor Fazylov

The meeting took place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on June 18.

ERIELL Group specializes in drilling services and produces drilling equipment. Its subsidiary Jizzakh Petroleum has several ongoing projects with Kazan University.

Bakhtiyor Fazylov showed interest in KFU’s research in heavy oils and catalysts. He also noted the importance of KFU’s plans to open an overseas campus in Jizzakh Region, “This is especially important to us because we plan to launch a large metallurgy plant in Jizzakh. With that in mind, KFU may be able to join in by offering programs in metallurgy.”

ERIELL Group is also ready to commission Kazan University to educate a hundred students at the Jizzakh Campus; the company is ready to fully fund their tuition. Apart from that, ERIELL Group owns medical establishments and may be interested in conducting biomedical research.
