Visit by representatives of the Global Energy Association
The delegates toured the University on 7 September.
A day earlier, the 2021 Global Energy Prize was awarded in Kazan.
Yesterday, three participants of the ceremony – Marta Bonifert (Hungarian Business Leaders Forum), Dmitri Bessarabov (Director, HySA Infrastructure, North-West University), and Pavel Korolyov (Vice-President, Global Energy Association).
The guests toured the History Museum, met with vice-rectors Dmitry Tayursky and Danis Nurgaliev, went to see the labs of the Institute of Chemistry and the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies. Later, they joined a roundtable on young scientists in the energy industry.
In particular, the sides discussed innovation in the hydrocarbon industry and the hydrogen energy industry.
