Cooperation agreement signed with the Institute of International Relations of Turkmenistan
A meeting of the Turkmenistan-Tatarstan cooperation workgroup is being held in Ashgabat on 15 – 16 March.
Vice-Rector for International Affairs Timirkhan Alishev is contributing to the event.
One of the events of the meeting was a roundtable on education. The sides discussed KFU’s entrance exams for Turkmenistani enrollees, tuition payment issues, visa questions, and network programs with the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management.
An understanding was reached that rectors of Turkmenistani universities will visit Kazan University for a short-term trraining program in 2023.
During a roundtable on healthcare, the participants talkeed about job placements for Turkmenistani students of medicine – of which there are over 200 at KFU right now.
Our university and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan signed a cooperation agreement. Among planned agreements are those with Turkmen State Institute of World Languages and International University of Oil and Gas.
