Kazan Federal University represented at cooperation conference in Nanjing

Russia-China Innovation Cooperation in Higher Technological Education, University Research and Scientific Development Transfer to the Industry Conference is being held in Nanjing, China, on 30 – 31 October.

The organizers are Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province and International Union of Device Constructors and Specialists in Information and Telecommunication Technology (Russia).

At the event, Vice-Rector for International Affairs Timirkhan Alishev presented Kazan University and its research priorities.

“At this time, KFU is eyeing cooperation with Nanjing University of Technology and Southeastern University in various spheres. In particular, device and research equipment manufacturers are interested in arranging links with Kazan University. Our Cyber Auto Tech school is also among the possible partners in transport and logistics. Jiangsu Province is a leader in industrial manufacturing and is interested in establishing joint research center and labs,” commented Dr Alishev.

A significant number of Russian and Chinese companies and universities have joined the forum.
