Kazan Federal University

KFU represented at Education Worldwide India Fair

Our University was the only Russian institution to partake in the event in New Delhi and Mumbai from 16 to 18 April.

Deputy DIirector for International Cooperation of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology Albina Valeeva spoke with the fair visitors about what KFU has to offer.

She comments, “The attendees were mostly interested in business education, IT, and medicine. Recruiting agents also approached me about building long-term links with KFU. The Mumbai fair had very high attendance, and many prospective enrollees arrived with their whole forms. Indian high school graduates are interested in continuing their studies in Kazan.”

Kazan Federal University is a member of the Russia-India University Association, which currently comprises 21 Russian and 9 Indian institutions. Annually, India’s recruiting agencies submit over 100 candidacies for enrolment in KFU. As of now, our alma mater is a home to 127 students from the world’s second-largest nation.
