Five new online services available to dorm tenants in personal accounts
A meeting with details of the new services was held on 28 February.
The new menu items are «Центр обращений», «Ответственные в общежитии», «Уведомления», «Документация» and «Уведомление о выселении» (Inquiries, Dorm Supervisors, Notifications, Documents, and Check-out Application).
‘Inquiries’ are for all types of questions and requests for students; they can be made anonymously. The service is especially convenient for those who are yet to arrive in Kazan. The service has amassed over 300 questions since its test launch in November 2022.
‘Dorm Supervisors’ contains contacts and links to dorm managers, maintenance workers, deputy directors of institutes for social work and student affairs, and chairpersons of dorm student councils.
‘Notifications’, among other things, now automatically update a user if there is a need to provide X-ray results (mandatory for all dorm occupants).
‘Documents’ now comprise several new forms, such as applications, check-in papers, legal regulations, and payment documents.
‘Check-out Application’, as follows from the name, is for those who plan to leave the dorm for good.
