Kazan Federal University receives national accreditation for the next six years
Russian education quality watchdog Rosobrnadzor issued the official document on May 19.
From April 26 till May 18, a total of 721 study programs in 254 specializations were inspected by Rosobrnadzor experts. The expert commission deeply reviewed study plans, work plans, practice recommendations, exam results and some other aspects. Infrastructure inspections were also included, covering classrooms, libraries, HR procedures, electronic resources, and websites.
This particular accreditation was conducted fully online to ease the workload on both university employees and Rosobrnadzor staff.
Recently, Head of Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzaev announced major changes to the accreditation procedure, including the introduction of non-expirable licenses for best-performing institutions.
