Project Founder, Representative of Kazan Federal University: Mr. Mahmoud Shaheen

Mr. Mahmoud Shaheen obtained his MSc in economics and management from Kazan Federal University in 2019. He is currently preparing a PhD thesis in the same specialization.

The agreement to open the course was signed in August 2021.

The program is divided into two stages. The first semester is implemented in Egypt, and the second – in Kazan; both are undertaken by Preparatory School educators. During stage two, special subjects are introduced in accordance with the students’ chosen majors.

The first enrolment was finalized in October 2021 and comprises 8 persons. More are expected to join in 2022.
